Prices

Key-management :

An amount of $ 35,= a month will be charged for the
following services:

  we will manage your (spare) key(s)
  an extensive instruction file will be put together during
     a personal meeting at your home
  we will welcome your guests and show them in and around your home
  we can take care of your administration needs concerning your property:
          1. maintenance of your house
          2. swimming pool
          3. gas, electricity, water
          4. telephone/internet
  we will pick up your mail and forward it to you (excl. costs)
  we will be your contact person for the alarm service company
  you have the right to make use of our services in case of an emergency concerning
     your home (pipe bursts, storm damage, burglary), 24 hours a day including weekends.

All prices are excl. 5% sales tax.
