Built in 2009 this Caribbean Style Villa Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, 1 spacious and 1 small sun deck, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, wireless internet, outside gear rinse station with shower, gear drying rods and a propane barbecue. For added comfort, air-conditioning throughout the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, something not all of the villas offer. The sun decks are secured, the windows and doors have security bars and there is a wall-safe in each bedroom.
